Welcome to Zestasia. By accessing or purchasing from our website (zestasia-collection.com), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. General Information

This website is operated by Zestasia, based in the Netherlands. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Zestasia. We offer this website and its products to you, the customer, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.


2. Product Information

All our products are handmade, one-of-a-kind pieces. Slight variations in color, finish, or dimensions may occur and are part of the artistic process. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge the uniqueness of each item.


3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in your local currency and include applicable VAT or sales tax where required. Final pricing may vary depending on your location and will be confirmed at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Full payment is required before an order will be processed.


4. Shipping & Delivery

Each Zestasia piece is handcrafted and prepared with individual attention before shipment. Delivery times depend on the artisanal production process and the destination.

Estimated delivery:
Netherlands: around 4 weeks from the date of purchase
EU & international destinations: varies by destination

If a piece is already in stock, only the shipping time applies.
All orders include insured delivery with track & trace.

We currently deliver to:
The Netherlands, the European Union, and internationally to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the United States, Canada, Australia, Japan, South Korea, and Singapore.


5. Returns & Refunds

Customers are entitled to return their order within 14 days of delivery.

Returned pieces must be unused, undamaged, and safely packed in their original product packaging. Items returned without adequate protection that arrive damaged will not be eligible for a refund.

Return shipping costs and risk are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. In the event of damage or incorrect delivery, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photos so we can arrange a solution.

Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected. If the returned piece shows signs of use or damage beyond what is necessary to assess the product, a deduction may be applied corresponding to the loss of value. If the item is no longer suitable for resale as new, the refund may be reduced up to the full purchase value.

Please note that small variations in texture, color or gold leaf are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.


6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and product designs, is the intellectual property of Zestasia and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.


7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use of our products or website. Zestasia is not responsible for improper use or improper handling of the product after delivery. We are also not liable for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges incurred by international shipments.


8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.


9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions by posting a new version on this page. The latest version applies to all orders placed after its publication.
