Right of Withdrawal & Returns
You are entitled to return your order. If you are an EU-based customer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason.

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify us that you wish to withdraw or return the item.
After notifying us, you then have another 14 days to return the item to us.

Condition of Returned Items
Returned pieces must be unused, in original condition, and safely packed in their original packaging.
If a returned piece shows signs of use or damage beyond what is necessary to assess the product, a deduction may be applied corresponding to the loss of value. If the returned piece is no longer suitable for resale as new, the refund may be reduced up to the full purchase value.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Returns due to damage or incorrect delivery will only be accepted after verification. Please provide clear photos of the issue within 48 hours of receipt. Reports after this period will be reviewed but cannot be guaranteed for approval.

Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 14 days. Refunds are issued within 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. However, we may wait to process the refund until we have received the returned piece or until you provide proof that it has been shipped back.

Handmade Disclaimer
Please note that each Zestasia piece is handmade and may feature natural variations in texture, color, or gold leaf. These are not considered defects and are part of the artwork’s uniqueness.
